Who We Are

We're James and Cynthia DiSpirito--originally from Rhode Island, now proud residents of North Carolina since 2015. Our hearts have always been drawn to the ocean. There's something about the rhythm of the waves, the salty breeze and the ever-changing horizon that feels like home.

 When we moved to North Carolina, we knew we wanted more than just proximity to the coast-we wanted to be part of it. That dream came true when we purchased our first rental, "Jewel of Ocean Isle" in 2021, our second, "Shore 2 Please" in 2022 and our newest rental "Isle Always Luv View" in Sept. 2025. It wasn't just a property to us, it's a place where memories are made, where family and friends gather, and where the beauty of coastal living comes alive. 

Whether it's morning coffee with a view of the water, long walks on the beach, or watching the sunset paint the sky, we've built a life around the simple joys of the shore. And now, we're excited to share that experience with others--whether you're visiting, staying or simple curious about our journey.
